Dashboard at a glance.

Your dashboard lives at app.tenloai.com/dashboard/chatbot . The left rail has three tabs — Overview, Conversations, and Knowledge Base — plus a Settings shortcut that opens the consolidated Settings hub at Settings → Support Chatbot.

Conversations tab

Two-pane inbox of every chat that’s happened, with filters for all / resolved / unresolved / handed_off. Click a conversation to read the full thread and see per-message confidence scores. See The Conversations inbox.

Knowledge Base tab

Four ways to add content:

  • Add FAQ — manual question + answer entry
  • Bulk import (CSV/XLSX) — upload typed FAQ entries in spreadsheet form
  • Add a source — drop a URL, PDF (text-based or scanned), Word doc, or Markdown file and Tenlo ingests it
  • Sitemap crawl — paste any URL from a help centre / docs site, Tenlo discovers the sitemap, and lets you tick which pages to ingest in one shot

Plus the FAQ list (with edit/delete), the imported-documents list (with status pill and delete), and the Retrieval Inspector card for diagnosing why the bot retrieved (or didn’t retrieve) a given chunk — see Brand voice & confidence threshold.

Settings (Settings → Support Chatbot)

The dashboard’s Settings tab is now a shortcut into the consolidated Settings hub. Its cards live at Settings → Support Chatbot:

Fewer knobs than you'd expect

The chatbot has fewer settings than you’d expect because it’s grounded entirely in your KB. Most “tuning” happens by editing your FAQs, not by twisting knobs. See Settings reference for the field-by-field rundown.
