What Sales Outreach does.
Sales Outreach AI is an automated B2B cold-email system. You hand it a list of prospects. It does the rest.
Six jobs, one pipeline
- Researches every prospect — real-time web search assembles a profile (industry, recent news, pain points, a personalisation hook).
- Drafts a 4-step email sequence in your brand voice — either fully AI-written per prospect, or rendered from your own pre-authored templates.
- Waits for your approval — nothing leaves your mailbox until you click Approve & send.
- Sends on a schedule through your connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, respecting send windows, daily limits, and unsubscribe lists.
- Reads incoming replies and classifies them as positive / objection / unsubscribe / out-of-office. Positive replies create a deal in your CRM automatically.
- Pauses on reply so prospects who’ve engaged don’t keep getting follow-ups.
You stay in control at every step. The AI drafts; you decide what sends.

Note
Sales Outreach is for B2B cold outreach only. It’s not a transactional email system, a newsletter ESP, or a customer-comms tool. Transactional should go through your billing system; newsletters need a dedicated ESP (Mailchimp, Customer.io). Mixing the two in one mailbox is bad for deliverability anyway.
- Does not send to Quebec recipients today (Law 25 disclosure requirements pending — see Compliance).
- Does not send to anyone on the global suppression or abuse list — checked at import preview and again at send time.
- Does not auto-reply to prospects who respond. When a prospect engages, you take over personally.
- Does not let you skip CASL §6(2) sender-identification. The footer is auto-injected on every email; you can’t disable it.
How it differs from the other Tenlo products
- vs. Support Chatbot (P01) — P01 answers existing-customer questions. P02 reaches out to prospects who haven’t asked.
- vs. Sales Assistant (P05) — P05 qualifies visitors who came to your site. P02 starts the conversation with prospects who haven’t visited.
- vs. Reputation AI (P09) — P09 manages reviews from existing customers. P02 emails prospects.
All four are independent products. You can run any combination side-by-side.
