Notifications.
The system fires alerts on key Sales Outreach events. You decide where they land.
The events
| Event | Fires when |
|---|---|
p02.usage_warning (80%) | You hit 80% of your monthly approval cap |
p02.usage_warning (95%) | You hit 95% — “almost at cap” |
p02.cap_reached | You’re at 100% — approval blocked until rollover |
Adding a channel
Settings → Notifications → + Add channel. Pick:
- Slack — paste an Incoming Webhook URL (Slack → Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to channel)
- Microsoft Teams — paste an Incoming Webhook URL (Teams channel → Connectors → Incoming Webhook)
- Email — enter an email address
Click Send test to verify the wiring before relying on it.
Subscribing to events
Once a channel is connected, you’ll see an event-toggle grid. Each row is an event; each column is one of your channels. Toggle on what you want where.
i
Default behaviour when no channels are configured
If you have no channels configured, the original 80%/95% email goes to your account owner email by default — same behaviour as before notifications existed.
Slack and Teams formatting
- Slack uses Block Kit with a coloured stripe (green/amber/red based on the cap level)
- Teams uses MessageCard format with similar colour coding
Auto-revoke
If a webhook URL becomes invalid (channel deleted, app removed, returns 404/410), the system auto-marks it inactive and sends you an email. Re-add it to restore.
