Billing & plans.

Everything billing — what you pay, how you pay it, and how to stop — is managed in Settings → Billing (app.tenloai.com/dashboard/settings/billing ); the old /dashboard/billing link still works and redirects there. This page is the cross-product overview; each product’s page (linked below) covers its specific limits.

What each product costs

All prices are in CAD per month. No setup fees. Month-to-month — cancel any time.

Both bundles carry all four products and differ only in which Reputation AI tier comes with them:

  • Growth Bundle — $50 + $125 + $125 + $100 = $400 bought separately, $325 together.
  • Pro Bundle — $99 + $125 + $125 + $100 = $449 bought separately, $375 together.

Sales Outreach in either bundle includes the same 500-prospect/month cap as standalone.

Reputation AI is the one product with tiers. Essentials manages the reviews you already get; Growth adds the campaigns that ask for more of them, plus trust assets; Pro adds the measurement, competitive context and recovery workflow on top. Free trial

New subscriptions start with a free trial. A credit card is required to begin, held securely by Stripe — Tenlo never stores your card number. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Trial length varies by product; see each product’s billing page below.

Paying, cards & invoices

Payment, cards, and invoices are all handled through the Stripe-hosted portal. From the Billing page , click Manage Billing → to update your payment method or download past invoices as PDFs. Tenlo never sees or stores your card number, and the Stripe portal is the single source for billing history.

Changing plans

Reputation AI tier changes happen in the product, not in the Stripe portal: Settings → Billing, pick a tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and invoice the prorated difference straight away; downgrades also take effect immediately and credit the unused part against your next invoice. The Stripe portal deliberately does not offer plan switching, so there is exactly one place a tier change happens.

Cancelling

Cancel from the Billing page (Manage Billing → Cancel plan). Your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period — there are no refunds for remaining days. When the period ends, the product’s features stop and its dashboard sections are hidden.

Data after cancellation

Your data is retained while your account is open. After cancellation it is automatically purged 90 days later — including FAQs, conversation transcripts, leads, and your KB index. Resubscribe within that window and everything is still there. For an immediate deletion request, email hello@tenloai.com.
