Reputation AI Growth

The trust asset generator is part of Reputation AI Growth ($50/month CAD) and above. Growth generates up to 20 assets a month, Pro up to 50. See Billing & your account.

You have earned good reviews. They are sitting on Google where a buyer only finds them if they go looking. Trust assets turn reviews you already have into copy you can put on your website, in a sales email, or on your Google profile.

What it can make

TypeWhere it’s meant to go
Website proof blockA testimonial section for your site
Sales email snippetA paragraph you paste into an email to a prospect
Social postA short post for social channels
Google Business Profile postAn update on your GBP listing
Case study outlineAn internal skeleton for a longer write-up

How it works

  1. Pick the reviews you want to draw on. Only real reviews already in your inbox — you choose which.
  2. Pick a type, and optionally a focus (“emphasise our response times”).
  3. Tenlo drafts it in your brand voice.
  4. You read it, edit it, and approve it.
  5. You publish it, wherever it belongs.

Step 5 is yours. Tenlo does not post to your website, your social accounts or your Google profile. You can record where you published it so the asset has a home.

It will not invent a testimonial

This is the part worth understanding before you use it.

§
Every quote is checked against the source review

A model asked to write punchy marketing copy from customer feedback will occasionally produce a quote that is better than anything anyone actually said. Asking it not to is necessary and not sufficient.

So after each draft is written, Tenlo checks it: every quoted phrase of four words or more must be traceable to one of the reviews you selected. Anything that can’t be matched is flagged in red, and you cannot approve the asset until it’s dealt with.

The check is deliberately strict in one direction. A false rejection costs you a regeneration. A false acceptance is a fabricated customer testimonial — which under the FTC rule on fake reviews is a legal problem, not an embarrassment.

Tenlo never writes reviews, never speaks as a customer, and never publishes anything without you approving it first.

Attribution and anonymising

By default, a customer is credited with at most a first name and last initial — never a full name, never contact details.

Tick Anonymise and copy refers to customers generically instead: “one customer”, “a homeowner”. Worth doing when the review is about something sensitive, or when your customer would not expect to appear in your marketing.

!
A public review is not blanket consent to advertise

Someone leaving a Google review agreed to publish an opinion on Google. They did not necessarily agree to appear on your homepage. Anonymising costs you nothing and is the safer default for anything personal.

Provenance

Every asset lists the reviews it was built from. That list stays attached — so a year later, when someone asks where a line on your website came from, the answer is one click away rather than a memory.

Statuses

StatusMeans
DraftWritten, not yet reviewed by you
ApprovedYou have read it and signed it off
PublishedYou’ve put it live, and recorded where
ArchivedKept for the record, not in use

Nothing moves past Draft without a human.

In your monthly report

Your monthly report counts assets generated, approved and published in the period, broken down by type.

Frequently asked

Can I edit the draft before approving? Yes — edit freely. The quote check runs against what you’re approving, not against the original draft, so if you paste in a quote that isn’t in a source review it will be caught.

Can I use a review that’s still awaiting a reply? Yes. Asset generation is about the review text, not about whether you’ve responded.

Will it use a negative review? Only if you select one. It won’t quietly filter your choices — but a case study outline built from a complaint you resolved is a legitimate and often better story than another five-star quote.

Does publishing an asset affect my Trust Score? No. The Trust Score measures reviews, responses, recovery and platform coverage. Assets are a marketing output, not a trust signal.
