Connecting review platforms.
Reputation AI currently supports two review sources. Connect each one separately under Settings.
Google Business Profile — full support
What you get: Review-request links open the real Google review form. Reviews flow into your dashboard. AI replies post back automatically. The aggregate Google and Facebook rating appears on the Rating Improvement Card.
What you need: A Google account that owns or manages your Google Business Profile — the same account you used to claim or verify the business.
Google is the only platform where Reputation AI can post replies for you. Facebook is read-only.
Click Connect Google Business Profile. Google will ask you to sign in with the account that owns or manages your listing and approve the business.manage permission. After you approve, you’ll return to the dashboard with a “Google Business Profile connected ✓” toast.
Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the listing — the one you used to claim or verify the business. A customer account won’t have the business.manage permission Tenlo needs, and the connect will fail or attach to the wrong listing.
After connecting, click Look up. If your account manages one listing, Tenlo fills the Location ID in automatically. If you manage multiple listings, a dropdown appears — select the correct one. If the lookup fails, find the ID manually: open business.google.com/locations , click into your listing, and copy the long number from the URL.
Once your Location ID is saved, Tenlo immediately begins importing your existing reviews in the background — they typically appear within a minute or two.
The review link is the public URL that opens the “Write a review” form. Tenlo embeds it in every outbound review-request campaign. It is not needed for review fetching or reply posting — only for campaigns.
Recommended path — g.page review link:
- Go to google.com , signed in with the Google account that manages your business.
- Search for your business name exactly as it appears on Google.
- In the business panel on the right, look for the Get more reviews button (or “Ask for reviews” in the main pane).
- A panel opens with a URL like
https://g.page/r/CXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/review. Click Copy link. - Paste it into Tenlo’s Google review link field, click Test link ↗ to verify, then Save URL.
Alternative — Google Maps: If you can’t find Get more reviews, go to Google Maps, search your business, click the listing, scroll to Reviews, click Write a review, and copy the URL from the popup.
Last resort — Maps listing URL: Tenlo can accept your standard Maps listing URL and look up your Place ID automatically. Note: this path doesn’t open the review form directly — customers see your listing first, then must scroll to click Write a review. Use the g.page link whenever possible.
Verifying it worked
After completing all three steps, confirm in Settings:
- The Google Business Profile row shows a Connected: your-email chip.
- The GBP Location ID field shows your numeric ID.
- Clicking Test link ↗ opens the “Write a review” form directly.
If reviews don’t appear within an hour, open your review link in an incognito window. If it doesn’t open the review form for your business, it’s the wrong link — redo Step 3 above. Email support@tenloai.com with the URL you tried if you’re still stuck.
Facebook Pages — connection works, review fetch pending
What you get: OAuth connection succeeds and your Page is linked. The aggregate rating appears on the Rating Improvement Card.
What you don’t get yet: Individual reviews don’t flow in. The required Meta permission (pages_read_user_content) is gated behind Meta App Review. The application is in progress — once approved, reviews will start flowing in automatically with no action needed on your end.
How to connect: Settings → Connect Facebook. Sign in with your Facebook account, select your Business Page when prompted.
