Logging in.
Tenlo has no passwords. You sign in with a magic link — a one-time link that Tenlo emails you.
Steps
- Go to app.tenloai.com and enter the email your account is under.
- Click Send magic link.
- Open the email and click the link. It signs you in and drops you on your dashboard.
The link is single-use and expires after a short window. If it has been sitting in your inbox a while, request a fresh one from the login page.
Didn’t get the email?
Check your spam folder, confirm you used the correct address, and request another link. Still stuck? Email support@tenloai.com.
First login — onboarding checklist
When you log in for the first time, you’ll see an 8-step onboarding checklist on the Reputation page. Work through it in order — each step unlocks the next.
CASL requires a physical mailing address on every commercial email and SMS. Tenlo enforces this in code — sends are refused if your mailing address is missing (or if both contact email and contact phone are blank). Set it at Settings → Business contact info before you hit Step 5. The checklist doesn’t flag this today, so it’s easy to miss until your first test send fails.
