The Reviews tab.

The Reviews tab is your inbox. Layout: review list on the left, draft pane on the right.

Sample mode

The Reviews tab has a Sample mode toggle that loads demo reviews so you can see how classification, drafting and routing work before any real reviews arrive. It is read-only — sample reviews never post anywhere. Turn it off to return to your live queue.

Filter pills

Narrow the list to what needs attention. You can also filter by platform (Google / Facebook) using the chip strip above the list — only platforms that have delivered reviews appear.

Draft pane actions

Click a review to open the full text and the AI-drafted reply, then choose:

  • Approve & post — accept the draft. For Google, this triggers the reply post. For Facebook, it marks it done in Tenlo.
  • Edit — make manual edits to the AI-generated text, then Save changes.
  • Cancel — cancel changes you have made to the draft.
  • Discard — close the review without sending a reply. It stays in the list under Discarded for audit trail.

The system tracks whether each reply was human-edited or untouched — this feeds the brand-voice analyser.

Reviews containing legal language (words like “lawyer”, “sue”, “fraud”, “scam”, “lawsuit”, “court”, “damages”, “false advertising”) are held automatically. No AI draft is generated. The detail pane shows a Legal escalation banner with two options:

  • Dismiss escalation — clear the flag, reset status, let the AI draft a normal reply.
  • Reject review — close it without sending a reply and handle the matter directly.
!
Do not use AI to respond to legal-flag reviews

When a review is in legal escalation, handle the matter directly with legal counsel. Do not dismiss the escalation and approve an AI reply without first consulting your lawyer.
