Filter chips

Filter the table by status. Default is Active (hides archived to reduce noise). Other chips — Pending approval / Replied / Complete / Archived.

Active chip + sort persist in the URL — you can bookmark filter views.

Sorting

Click any sortable column header. Sort state lives in the URL (?sort=last_sent_at:desc).

The detail drawer

Click any row → 640px slide-in panel. Shows:

  • All 4 steps with subject, body, angle, delay
  • Send timestamps per step
  • The full reply text (if replied)
  • Failed-step error messages with Retry buttons

Press Escape or click outside to close.

Failed steps

If an individual step send fails after 5 retries (transient Gmail/Microsoft 5xx errors are retried automatically with backoffs at 30s → 1m → 2m → 4m), the step is marked failed and shows:

  • Red border on the step card
  • The actual provider error message (e.g. “Daily user-quota exceeded”)
  • A Retry button that re-queues the step
i
Common failure causes
  • Token expired — reconnect the email provider
  • Recipient bounced — the email was added to your suppression list automatically
  • Quota hit — wait until the daily counter resets
