Monthly ROI reports.
On the 1st of each month, you’ll receive a monthly report by email (sent at 13:00 UTC — 9 AM ET during DST, 8 AM ET in winter) covering the prior month’s activity across every Tenlo product you have enabled.
What’s in the Reputation AI section
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Reviews handled | Count for the period, with positive / neutral / negative sentiment breakdown |
| AI acceptance rate | % of AI-drafted replies you approved without edits |
| Average response time | From review arrival to reply approved/posted. For auto-posted replies, these are the same moment. |
| Per-platform rollup | Google and Facebook, side by side |
| Cumulative totals | Your all-time review total as of the end of the period |
| Rating lift | Your starting baseline rating vs. current rating per platform, plus delta and days tracked |
| Time saved | Estimate in USD of staff time saved, computed as # of responses × 5 min × $50/hr. The assumption is stated inline so you can sense-check it against your own numbers. |
| AI narrative | 3–4 highlights citing real figures from the data, the single most important focus area, and 3–4 concrete suggested actions for the month |
About your baseline rating
The baseline is a snapshot taken when Reputation AI first syncs each platform — your rating the day you onboarded. Rating lift is the current minus the baseline, per platform. It’s fixed at onboarding, so it doesn’t drift as new reviews land.
Other products in the report
If you also have Sales Outreach, Sales Assistant, or Support Chatbot enabled, those sections appear in the same report. Empty sections don’t render — a Reputation AI-only customer won’t see blank Sales or Chatbot blocks.
Accessing past reports
Click Reports in the top nav. Past reports live at /dashboard/reports . Click any month to open the rendered report in a new tab. Reports are idempotent — if a period is re-run, the snapshot updates but the email is not re-sent.
