Read before sending · CASL §6(2)

Your business mailing address must be saved in Settings → Account before any outreach send works. Tenlo enforces this in code — sends are blocked until the address is filled in, and the field rejects placeholder values (“TBD”, “123 Main St”). See Quick start Step 1.
