Sales OutreachReferencePricing, caps & billing

Pricing, caps & billing.

Everything about what you pay, the three caps to keep straight, and how to stop. The billing portal lives in Settings → Billing (app.tenloai.com/dashboard/settings/billing ). The old /dashboard/billing link still works — it now redirects here.

What it costs

Sales Outreach is $249/month CAD, flat — single plan. Also included in the Growth Bundle at $599/month CAD, which adds the other three Tenlo products at the same approval cap.

The single-plan model

Earlier tiers (Growth at 2,000/mo, Scale at 10,000/mo) were retired in May 2026 because the shared-mailbox sending capacity couldn’t deliver them. If you need more than ~50 emails/day, the answer is a dedicated mailbox — email hello@tenloai.com and Tenlo will set it up case-by-case.

The three caps

CapWhat it limitsWhen it ticks
Approval cap (500/mo)Sequences you can sendOn click of Approve & send
Import cap (750/mo, 1.5×)Prospects you can researchOn import (file/CRM/manual)
Daily send cap (50/day)Emails sent in a dayOn every send

Approvals vs imports — what they mean

  • Approvals consume your $249/500 cap. Every time you click Approve & send on a sequence, your usage counter ticks up by one.
  • Imports are what you’ve researched but haven’t necessarily approved yet. The 750 import cap exists because every prospect costs ~$0.04 to research even if you never email them — without the ceiling, you could import 5,000 prospects, cherry-pick the best 500, and burn unsustainable margin.
  • Resets happen monthly on your billing renewal date.

Daily 50-email behaviour

If you have 200 prospects approved at once, the system sends the first 50 today and queues the rest for tomorrow’s quota. No emails are dropped — just delayed.

Send windows and timezones

Step delays are calculated in calendar days, but the system respects your business hours window. By default, sends fire when ready. If you set a window (e.g. 9am–5pm) in Settings, late-night sends queue forward to the next morning.

What “shared mailbox” means

The shared sending pool is Tenlo-managed infrastructure used by all customers on the standard plan. Practical implications:

  • ~50 emails/day per business is enforced
  • No dedicated IP — your sender reputation is a function of the pool
  • No custom from-domain — emails send from your connected Gmail/Microsoft account, but routing volume is shared

When to upgrade to a dedicated mailbox

If any of these is true, email hello@tenloai.com for dedicated-mailbox pricing:

  • You consistently hit 50/day and want more headroom
  • You need more than 500 prospects/month
  • You want to send from a custom domain you’ve warmed yourself
  • You need predictable enterprise-style deliverability

Tenlo will set you up case-by-case. Pricing varies by volume.

Free trial

New accounts start on a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to begin. Your card details are held securely by Stripe — Tenlo never stores your card number directly. At the end of the trial your card is automatically charged for your subscription. Cancel before the trial ends from the Billing page and you will not be charged.

Updating your card

Go to the Billing page and click Update payment method. This opens a Stripe-hosted portal where you enter your new card details. Tenlo never sees or stores your card number.

Invoices and receipts

Past invoices live in the Stripe-hosted portal. From the Billing page, click Manage Billing → then select Invoice history. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately — the price difference is charged to your card at the time of the change. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access until the period closes.

Cancelling

Click Manage Billing → on the Billing page and follow the cancellation steps in the Stripe portal.

Data after cancellation — 90-day grace

The moment Stripe confirms a cancellation, provider tokens (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Calendly, HubSpot, Pipedrive) are nulled. Your data is automatically purged 90 days after cancellation — sequences, prospects, replies, attestation records. Full mechanics in CASL, suppressions & data handling.
