Logging in.
Tenlo has no passwords. You sign in with a magic link — a one-time link that Tenlo emails you.
Steps
- Go to app.tenloai.com and enter the email your account is under.
- Click Send magic link.
- Open the email and click the link. It signs you in and drops you on your dashboard.
The link is single-use and expires after one hour. If yours expired or was already used, the login page shows a one-click button to send a fresh one — no need to retype your email.
Didn’t get the email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still missing, use the send a new link button on the login confirmation screen — the login page also flags common address typos as you type. Still stuck? Email hello@tenloai.com.
First login — your chatbot is already provisioned
Your Support Chatbot is auto-provisioned on first visit to app.tenloai.com/dashboard/chatbot . The dashboard shows an onboarding checklist that mirrors the Quick start — eight steps to live.
Work the checklist in order. The most important step is writing 5–10 starter FAQs (Step 3) — the bot can’t answer anything until your KB has content.
