Multi-location.
If your business has multiple physical locations under one brand — a 3-store retail chain, a 4-clinic dental group — Reputation AI can manage each one independently: different GBP listing per location, different Facebook Page per location, separate review queues, and aggregated KPIs.
Multi-location pricing is negotiated per-account. Contact hello@tenloai.com for terms if you have more than 2 locations.
Enabling multi-location
Multi-location is off by default. To enable, contact hello@tenloai.com and we’ll flip the flag on your account. Once enabled, you’ll see:
- A location switcher dropdown above the Reviews / Campaigns / Settings tabs
- A Locations management page at Reputation → Locations
- An All locations Overview page
Adding a location
Go to Reputation → Locations → + Add location. Required: name (e.g. “Toronto Eglinton”). Optional: address, phone.
After creation, you’re taken to the per-location edit page where you connect that location’s Google review link, GBP listing, and Facebook Page.
Switching context
Use the location switcher to focus the dashboard on a single location. Reviews, Campaigns and Settings all filter to that location only. The URL preserves the active location (?loc=<id>) so you can bookmark deep links.
The dropdown also has an All locations (overview) option for the aggregated view.
The all-locations Overview
A KPI strip plus a leaderboard table:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| KPI strip | Total reviews this month · weighted % positive · average current rating · total pending replies |
| Leaderboard | One row per location: current rating, monthly review count, % positive, pending count |
Click a row in the leaderboard to drill into that location’s dashboard.
Default location
Every account has one default location. For single-location customers, this is just “your business”. For multi-location customers, it’s the flagship or original site. The default location can never be archived. New campaigns default to the default location unless you explicitly assign a different one.
Archiving a location
On the location edit page, click Archive location. The location is soft-deleted — data is preserved but excluded from the list, Overview, and review-fetch loops. Contact support to restore it later.
