What Reputation AI does.
Reputation AI watches your incoming reviews, drafts replies in your voice, asks customers for new reviews, and routes anything sensitive to you for approval — while keeping you compliant with CASL and TCPA.
Three jobs, one dashboard
1 — Review inbox. Every new Google (and Facebook) review lands in your inbox. For reviews above your threshold, the AI drafts a reply using your brand voice. You approve, edit, or let it auto-post on a configurable delay.
2 — Review campaigns. You upload a list of recent customers, set a trigger (manual, scheduled, or webhook), and Tenlo sends personalised email or SMS review requests on your behalf. Unsubscribes are handled automatically.
3 — Routing and compliance. Reviews with legal language are held back and escalated to your CASL contact. Negative reviews go to a human queue. Positive ones can auto-post. Every send includes a physical mailing address and a one-click unsubscribe link.
What it does not do
Reputation AI does not post replies to Facebook — Meta’s API allows reading ratings but not posting responses via third-party tools. Facebook reviews appear in your inbox for visibility only.
- Does not generate fake reviews or incentivise ratings in a way that violates platform terms.
- Does not send to contacts without a valid consent basis on file.
- Does not auto-post replies to 1–2 star reviews — those always go to the human queue.
