What it costs
Reputation AI is $99/month CAD, flat. No tiers, no usage caps. It’s also included in the Growth Bundle at $599/month CAD, which adds the other Tenlo products. SMS is included up to the daily cap (50/day). Email and AI usage are included. There’s no usage-based billing on top.
Free trial
New accounts start on a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to begin.
Your card details are held securely by Stripe — Tenlo never stores your card number directly. At the end of the 14-day trial your card is automatically charged for your subscription. If you decide Tenlo isn’t right for you, cancel before day 14 from the Billing page and you will not be charged.
Updating your card
Go to the Billing page and click Update payment method. This opens a Stripe-hosted portal where you enter your new card details. Tenlo never sees or stores your card number.
Invoices and receipts
Past invoices live in the Stripe-hosted portal. From the Billing page, click Manage Billing → then select Invoice history. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
Tenlo does not store invoices separately — the Stripe portal is the single source for all billing history.
Changing plans
Click Manage Billing → on the Billing page to switch plans.
Upgrades take effect immediately. The full price difference between your current plan and the new plan is charged to your card at the time of the change. For example, upgrading from Reputation AI ($99/mo) to the Growth Bundle ($599/mo) results in an immediate charge of $500.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the period closes.
Cancelling
Click Manage Billing → on the Billing page and follow the cancellation steps in the Stripe portal.

Customer Data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation. Tenlo deletes Customer Data from production systems within 90 days, except where legal or compliance obligations require retention. Google user data is deleted within 30 days after OAuth revocation or final cancellation. To request earlier deletion, email support@tenloai.com.
