2026-06-14 — Settings moved to a unified hub

  • Settings consolidated — account, email-provider, CRM, notifications, and billing settings now live in one Settings hub (top nav): Settings → Account, Settings → Integrations, Settings → Notifications, and Settings → Billing. Sales Outreach has no product-specific settings section; message style and sequence templates stay on the Sales Outreach page. See Settings reference.

Initial web publication. Content migrated from P02-USER-MANUAL.md (source last updated 2026-06-02).

Recent product changes already reflected in this initial publication:

  • CASL §6(2) — business mailing address now required before any P02 send works (auto-injected into every email’s footer; placeholder addresses rejected). See Quick start Step 1 and Compliance.
  • Two-phase import flow with preview → consent basis → attestation → commit. See Importing prospects.
  • Onboarding checklist (8 steps) that auto-completes as you go. See Quick start.
  • 90-day data retention after cancellation with token-nulling on cancel and best-effort prospect deletion on HubSpot/Pipedrive disconnect. See Compliance.
  • Single-plan pricing at $249/mo CAD (Growth and Scale tiers retired May 2026 — dedicated mailbox available case-by-case). See Pricing, caps & billing.
  • XLSX parser migrated from xlsx to exceljs in 2026-05 — behaviour-identical but stricter on malformed cells.
  • RFC 8058 one-click POST now returns 200 (previously 405 in some flows — fixed 2026-05).

Editorial choices during migration:

  • Section numbering (§1–§24) dropped in favour of section links — every cross-reference now points to the relevant in-site page.
  • Inline “Note:”, “Heads-up:”, and “Why X” callouts promoted to structured <Callout> components throughout.
  • The §24 Glossary was inlined where terms appear rather than kept as a separate end-page glossary — matches the P01, P05, and P09 pattern.
  • §3 Quick Start and §19 Onboarding Checklist combined into one page — they’re the same flow.
  • §2 Pricing and §16 Caps/Throughput combined into a single billing page — caps are a pricing artefact.
  • §17 Compliance and §20 Cancellation/Data Retention combined into one compliance page — they’re the same legal surface.
  • §21 Help Center folded into the landing index and footer pointers — no separate page.
  • Em-dashes normalised across all step descriptions.
